Predict whether a sequence was completed wave pattern, or we are witnessing at the moment just roll the larger trend - it’s really nothing like an art, not science. In these situations we have to use multiple sources of information presentation, and it usually helps to avoid some false trading signals and ultimately save our funds on deposit in precisely those cases that predict us as traders horosheee ratio of risk to profit. Always remember this, I’ll tell you in this forex strategy of using 2 completely different indicators, which we shared - is Average Directional Movement Index (ADX) and the index of Parabolic Stop and Reverse (PSAR). The combination of these two indicators allowed a forex strategy that allows t...

How To Become a Pro Forex Trader (2)

Step 7: Making the jump to live trading – Preparing yourself for the emotions When you are demo trading the markets you naturally have no emotional problems to battle with, because you have no real money on the line. Thus, many traders do exceptionally well when demo trading only to find that their fake-money success goes out the window when they switch to real-money trading. That’s because there are drastic psychological differences between demo trading and live trading that you need to come to grips with prior to switching to a live account. Here are some points to consider before you begin risking your hard-earned money in the markets: • How to trade like you did on demo – As I mentioned previously, traders usually do better on demo than they do on live accounts as a result of the fact that there is naturally no emotion in the mix when you aren’t risking real money. While it is certainly easier said than done, what you need to do on your live account is forge...

Extreme TMA System

The market, like a pendulum, is a never ending sequence of extremes. It forever tries to reach the mean but never succeeds, constantly overshooting it´s mark, reversing and trying it again but always failing to reach balance. This system attempts to capture those extremes. It is a compendium of my understanding of the market, brought to it´s simplest expression. The principles are not complicated. The first indicator, the TMA shows us the average of the path that the price action in the market is following. As such, it is a backward looking indicator and attempts to determine the future from the recent history. It corrects itself by repainting itself. It has two outer bands that show us the outer boundaries of price movement that we are searching for. Our second indicator, the TMA Slope indicator will show us the relative change in the slope of TMA as compared to previous candles. It determines in which direction a trade must be placed and also shows divergences to price. For examp...

This union of Eastern and Western techniques provides traders with uniquely effective tools to help enhance profits and decrease market risk exposure.   Here are 7 candlestick patterns every trader should know. Engulfing This pattern consists of two candles and a bullish engulfing pattern is when a white real body engulfs (hence the name) a small black real body during a downtrend. It doesn’t mean a stronger rally on a candlestick chart but it does increase the likelihood of that being excellent support and could be the start of an ascent. Be careful....
